Terms of Service

The terms that govern access to and use of Subview.

Last updated: June 12, 2026

Agreement to these terms

Subview provides tools for tracking app store reviews, availability, ratings, digests, and related workflow signals. These terms govern your access to and use of the website, product, dashboard, emails, and related services.

By creating an account, accessing a workspace, or using Subview, you agree to these terms. If you use Subview on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

If your organization has a separate written agreement with Subview, that agreement controls to the extent it conflicts with these terms.

Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, maintaining accurate account information, and ensuring that your users have the authority to access customer or product data inside your workspace.

Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for invitations, access levels, app configurations, notification recipients, and the activity of users they authorize.

You must notify us promptly if you believe credentials, tokens, workspace data, or account access have been compromised.

Customer data

You retain ownership of the data you submit to Subview. You grant Subview the rights needed to host, process, display, transmit, analyze, back up, and otherwise handle that data so we can provide and improve the service.

Customer data may include app identifiers, review data, country coverage, ratings, user account emails used for subscription delivery, bucket names, digest settings, alerts, comments, and other workspace configuration.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit data to Subview and to authorize Subview to process it on your behalf.

App store sources

Subview may rely on app store pages, feeds, APIs, or other sources that are outside our control. Those sources may change, rate limit, remove, delay, or restrict access to information.

We do not guarantee that app store review data, availability signals, metadata, ratings, or historical records will always be complete, current, accurate, or available.

You are responsible for using app store data in compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, and any agreements that govern your apps or accounts.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse Subview, attempt to disrupt or bypass security controls, reverse engineer non-public parts of the service, overload infrastructure, upload malicious code, or use the service to violate the rights of others.

You may not use Subview to build a competing product using non-public features, scrape the product interface, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, or interfere with another customer's use of the service.

We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe an account creates security, legal, operational, or reputational risk.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans, billing terms, renewal periods, usage limits, and cancellation rights are described at purchase or in the relevant order form. Taxes, refunds, payment processor terms, and currency conversion may apply depending on how you purchase Subview.

Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You are responsible for fees incurred before cancellation takes effect.

If payment fails or an account becomes overdue, we may downgrade, suspend, or restrict access after reasonable notice where practical.

Product changes

We may update the service over time, including adding, changing, or removing features, limits, workflows, integrations, and user interface elements.

We try to avoid unnecessary disruption and will make reasonable efforts to provide notice when a material change affects paid functionality.

Beta, preview, experimental, or free features may be modified or discontinued at any time and may not receive the same support or reliability commitments as generally available paid features.

Confidentiality

Each party may receive non-public information from the other party. The receiving party must use reasonable care to protect confidential information and use it only for purposes related to Subview.

Confidential information does not include information that is public, independently developed, rightfully received from another source, or approved for disclosure by the disclosing party.

We may disclose confidential information to employees, contractors, advisors, and service providers who need it to support Subview and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Intellectual property

Subview and its software, designs, branding, documentation, workflows, and product features are owned by Subview or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of Subview intellectual property to you.

You may use Subview only as permitted by these terms and any applicable plan or order form. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service except as expressly allowed.

Feedback, suggestions, and feature requests may be used by Subview without restriction or obligation, provided we do not disclose your confidential information.

Disclaimers

Subview is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that external app store data will always be available or complete.

We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, app store compliance, or professional advice through Subview. Insights, summaries, and analytics are informational and should be reviewed by your team before business decisions are made.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Subview is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, business opportunities, or data.

Our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amounts paid to Subview for the service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event giving rise to liability.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Termination

You may stop using Subview or cancel your subscription according to the plan terms. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, create risk, or use the service unlawfully.

After termination, your right to use the service ends. We may retain or delete data according to our Privacy Policy, legal obligations, backup practices, and any written agreement with your organization.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including payment obligations, confidentiality, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions.

Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent through the Contact Us page. If you use Subview through an organization, notices may also be sent to the workspace owner, administrator, or billing contact.

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify customers before or when the changes take effect.
